Education & Experience
Minimum Education (Essential): BEng Hons (Electronic Engineering)
Minimum Education (Desirable): Masters (Engineering, Electronic) or PhD Engineering
Minimum Work Experience: 8+ years of applicable experience
Nature of Experience Required:
Design experience across a broad range of antenna types and associated signal conditioning RF circuits (e.g., filters).
Specific, deep experience in the 1 MHz to 9 GHz frequency range.
Computer Literacy
Essential Software (Expert-Level):
MS Office
MATLAB
FEKO (or similar 3D CEM tools)
Suggested Software: QUCS
Language & Personal Attributes
Language Proficiency: Fluent English

2. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Responsibilities
📋 Technical Leadership
Serve as the Technical Lead on assigned projects.
Assume full responsibility and accountability for all technical elements and the ultimate technical success of the project.
Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure overall project goals are achieved.
Make final decisions to resolve high-level, high-impact engineering issues.
📡 Antenna Product Development
Drive conceptual design phases.
Oversee and execute the building and physical testing of prototypes.
⚡ RF Product Development
Execute RF circuit design, including filters, switches, and amplifiers.
Deliver detailed RF design schematics and comprehensive technical documentation.
Manage the rigorous testing and qualification of all RF designs.
✍️ Documentation & Reporting
Write detailed technical reports and deliver professional presentations.
Draft core product specifications, user manuals, and formal testing procedures.
Produce final, compliant test reports.
🤝 Client & Sales Support
Participate in, facilitate, and support technical communication and training with clients.
Lead technical client interactions, including site visits to resolve complex technical needs or issues.
