Requirements
- Education (Required): National Diploma
- Education (Preferred): B.Eng or B.Tech
- Experience: 2+ years in a production or testing environment (RF experience or fine-pitch soldering advantageous)

- MS Excel (Intermediate)
- MS Word (Intermediate)
Test Equipment Proficiency
- Vector Network Analyzer
- LCR Meter
- Multimeter

Main Responsibilities
- Perform inline electrical testing of antenna sub-assemblies (cables, PCBs, switches)
- Accurately record and report test results
- Set up and perform environmental stress screening and final acceptance tests
- Identify and analyze common build problems and root causes
- Assist R&D engineers with prototype testing
- Maintain test equipment and support automated testing developments
- Propose process improvements and adhere to QA standards
- Perform repairs and reworks as needed
- Collaborate in planning and continuous improvement of test programs and equipment
- Complete additional duties as requested by management
