Antenna & RF Design Engineer

Alaris Antennas seeks a motivated and ambitious individual to join the Product Development team.

Application Requirements:

Education (required): Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering

Education (preferred): Master's or PhD in Electromagnetics

Experience: 3+ years in a related field

Relevant Experience:

• Design in electronics, particularly in electromagnetics or RF/microwave engineering
• High-frequency spiral development (advantageous)

Essential Computer Skills:

• MS Excel, MS Word (Intermediate)
• Matlab, Python (Numerical computing)

Preferred Computer Skills:

• Electromagnetic simulation software (FEKO, CST, Microwave Office, Ansys, HFSS)

Language: Proficient in English

Other Requirements:

• Work independently with strong attention to detail
• Good communication, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
• Logical thinker with initiative and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, physics, and mathematics
• Practical skills in antenna/RF design and hands-on prototyping
