Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung unter Einsatz von Microsoft Dynamics NAV

  • Steuerung, Abwicklung und Überwachung des nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsverkehrs

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie Unterstützung bei Konzernreporting-Anforderungen

  • Erstellung gesetzlicher Meldungen sowie aussagekräftiger Finanzberichte für Geschäftsführung und internationales Gruppenmanagement

  • Durchführung von Controlling- und Finanzanalysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Unternehmensentscheidungen

  • Überwachung von Investitionen, Abschreibungen und Rückstellungen

  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Jahresabschlussprüfungen sowie Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Behörden

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuerlicher und handelsrechtlicher Vorschriften

  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und internen Kontrollsystemen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Steuern, beispielsweise als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d), Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d), Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen

  • Erfahrung in der Verbuchung internationaler Geschäftsvorfälle sowie im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Währungen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Handels- und Steuerrecht (HGB und Steuerrecht)

  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV, sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel

  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Kommunikation mit der internationalen Muttergesellschaft

  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit

Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the full financial accounting function using Microsoft Dynamics NAV

  • Process, monitor, and oversee domestic and international payment transactions

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and support group reporting requirements

  • Prepare statutory filings and provide meaningful financial reports for local management and international group management

  • Perform controlling activities, financial analyses, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making

  • Monitor investments, depreciation, accruals, and provisions

  • Prepare and coordinate annual audits and act as the primary contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities

  • Ensure compliance with German accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements

  • Support the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting structures, and internal controls

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field, such as:

    • Tax Specialist (Steuerfachangestellter)

    • Certified Tax Advisor Assistant (Steuerfachwirt)

    • Certified Accountant / Bilanzbuchhalter

    • Or an equivalent qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in accounting and finance, ideally within an international business environment

  • Experience handling and recording international business transactions and multi-currency accounting

  • Strong knowledge of German commercial and tax law (HGB and German tax regulations)

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills combined with a structured and self-driven working style

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration with the international parent company

  • High level of accuracy, reliability, discretion, and team orientation
