This position requires full-time presence at our Centurion, South Africa office.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and highly responsible Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. If you are an ambitious, self-motivated individual who thrives on accuracy, independence, and taking full ownership of your work, this hands-on role is built for you.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Minimum (Essential): Matric / Diploma / Technical Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering.

  • Desired (Advantageous): * BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

    • Professional Certifications: IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, and IPC/HWMA-A-620.

    • Working exposure to ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 / AS 9100 or ISO 14000 is a major plus).

Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of experience within a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment.

  • Proven Exposure: Direct experience with robust Quality Assurance and Control processes.

  • Industry Background: Previous experience in high-precision sectors such as Manufacturing, Defense, Aeronautics, Automotive, or Telecommunications.

Systems & Technology

  • Essential: MS Office Suite.

  • Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

  • Language: Fluent written and verbal English proficiency (Minimum Matric level).

Key Competencies & Core Skills

  • Technical Precision: Ability to read and interpret complex technical/electronic drawings and specifications.

  • Metrology Experts: Hands-on experience with an array of analog and digital measuring equipment and advanced assembly techniques.

  • Problem Solvers: A natural knack for identifying, understanding, and preventing quality issues before they happen.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of fault analysis and the seamless implementation of corrective actions.

  • Growth Driven: A deep commitment to pushing hard for continuous improvement across all products and processes.

Personal Attributes & Physical Requirements

  • Mindset: Quick learner, highly efficient, persistent, proactive, diligent, and consistent.

  • Resilience: Ability to perform flawlessly under pressure and occasionally work overtime to meet deadlines.

  • Physical Capabilities: Comfortable standing/walking for up to 8 hours and occasionally lifting/carrying up to 20 kg.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to interface smoothly with all levels of the organization.
