We are looking for a driven Sales Manager / Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) to expand our RF & Microwave Solutions business across DACH and Europe. In this role, you will combine technical expertise in high-frequency technology with strong sales acumen to win new customers, support complex design-in projects, and build long-term partnerships with R&D and purchasing teams. Working from your home office with close backing from our engineering team in Berg (Hof), you will actively shape market development while benefiting from the agility of a German mid-sized company within a global group.

Responsibilities

Market Development:

  • Proactive acquisition of new customers

  • Identification of new application fields for our high-frequency products

Technical Consulting & Project Support:

  • Providing technical consultation to existing customers

  • Supporting projects from initial specification through successful design-in

Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with R&D departments and purchasing decision-makers

  • Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner

Trade Fair Presence:

  • Representing the company at international trade fairs

Market Analysis:

  • Monitoring competitors and industry trends

  • Providing valuable input for our in-house development


Your Profile

Technical Expertise Meets Closing Strength

Qualification:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering

or

  • Comparable technical qualification with a strong commercial focus

Industry Experience:

  • Experience in selling technically complex electronic components

  • Background in RF/HF technology is a strong advantage

Personality:

  • Self-driven and structured working style

  • Confident communicator and presenter

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • High level of self-motivation in sales

Languages:

  • Business fluent in German and English (essential for collaboration within the global Alaris Group)

Travel:

  • Enjoys face-to-face customer interaction

  • Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally

  • Aktive Akquise von Neukunden

  • Technische Beratung von Bestandskunden und Projektbegleitung von der ersten Spezifikation bis zum Design-In

Beziehungsmanagement:

  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Partnerschaften auf Augenhöhe mit Entwicklungsabteilungen und Einkaufsentscheidern

Messepräsenz:

  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf internationalen Fachmessen

Marktanalyse:

  • Beobachtung von Wettbewerb und Trends, um Impulse für unsere Inhouse-Entwicklung in Berg zu geben


Ihr Profil

Technik-Verständnis trifft Abschlusshärte

Qualifikation:

  • Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens

oder

  • vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem kaufmännischem Fokus

Branchenkenntnis:

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Elektronikkomponenten

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich RF-/HF-Technik sind ein starkes Plus

Persönlichkeit:

  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise („Self-Starter“-Mentalität)

  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten

  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussorientierung

  • Hohe Eigenmotivation im Vertrieb

Sprachkenntnisse:

  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
    (für die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der globalen Alaris Group erforderlich)

Reisebereitschaft:

  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt

  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen im In- und Ausland
