Minimum education (essential):
National Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum applicable work experience (years):
Two to five years’ experience in electronics manufacturing quality control
Required nature of applicable experience:
Experience inspecting PCBs, components, and electronic assemblies
Exposure to ISO 9001, IPC A 610, and ESD procedures
Computer literacy (essential):
Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting systems
Skills required:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency with inspection and testing tools such as magnifiers, microscopes, callipers, and multimeters
Strong documentation and reporting skills
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills
