Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Alaris Antennas, a subsidiary of the Alaris Holdings Group, is seeking an exceptional CTO to make a difference and to play a pivotal role in advancing our next-generation antenna systems. You will provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. Responsibilities
1. Technical: Support the team to achieve successful execution of projects through direct technical input when needed and by fostering a technically competent, accountable, and efficient R&D team. Provide technical ‘rescue’ of projects facing technical challenges.
2. Sales: Engage in client interaction and consultation during the early sales process to develop technically and strategically appropriate proposals in collaboration with Product Management, Engineers, and Sales. Facilitate and support technical communication and training with clients, and lead technical interactions (e.g., client visits to resolve technical issues).
3. Risk Management: Participate in management-level discussions to identify risks in all business areas, including sales, pricing, operations, projects, quality, arms control, competition, market, facilities, and staff.
4. Strategic: Collaborate with other management team members to shape and define the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.
5. Technical Team Management: Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, aligning with the company’s mission and core values.
